Rajesh K. Sharma is a distinguished industry leader with over three decades of rich experience across leading global and Indian organisations, including GAL (a Whirlpool–Transcom Bangladesh JV), Whirlpool India, FIAPL (a Tata Motors–Fiat Chrysler JV), Honda Cars India Ltd., and JBM.
Over the years, Rajesh has successfully led large-scale operational transformations, manufacturing excellence programmes, and strategic business initiatives that have driven growth, quality, and innovation. His leadership journey reflects deep expertise in operations, supply chain, business transformation, and people leadership, with a proven ability to navigate organisations through complexity and change.
As a recognised speaker and panellist at leading industrial forums such as the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), and the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), Rajesh brings thought-provoking perspectives on manufacturing competitiveness, leadership in disruption, sustainability, and the integration of AI in operations.
